- You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation so you can check in at our reception desk and meet the staff.
- Dress comfortably. It’s your day to relax. Wear minimal make-up and jewelry.
- For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, and for the atmosphere of relaxation to exist, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the day spa unless receiving services.
- Please turn all cell phones to off before you enter the spa in order to maintain the spa atmosphere.
- Gratuities are not included, but always appreciated.
- Multiple services must be secured with a credit card at time of booking.
- Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Please call us with a 24 hour notice to allow ample time for filling that appointment.
- If you’re not pleased, then we are not pleased. Please let us know so we can take the opportunity to make things right for you.
